Verification of the goods
It is your responsibility to verify the quantity and condition of the goods at the time of delivery.
If you find that the goods are damaged or do not comply withthe quantities ordered, you must report it to the carrier and sign with the delivery document as well as inform Sangalli by 1900 within 7 days from delivery. Sangalli since 1900 in this case will, after checking, the replacement of missing or damaged goods, in accordance with your order.

Right of withdrawal
You have the right to refuse your order and was not in accordance with your expectations, by communicating to Sangalli by 1900 within 14 days of receipt of same.
Sangalli by 1900 only accepts the return of goods in perfect condition and in their original packaging, accompanied by the relevant tax document.
In cases where returns have been carried out in accordance with the above described, Sangalli from 1900 will refund the price of the returned goods and shipping costs as invoiced, within a maximum of 30 days of receiptthe returned goods. Transport costs for returning goods are at your expense.
