All orders placed through the website www.orologeriasangalli.com are governed by the present general conditions of sale, made in accordance with the applicable rules on contracts concluded outside commercial premises. With the transmission of an order you declare that you have read, understand and accept the present general conditions of sale.
Sangalli by 1900 reserves the right at any time to change these terms and conditions by posting a new version on this website. The General conditions of sale are applicable are those in force at the time of the order.

When you register on this website please ensure that all mandatory information to be provided are correct and complete.

6. Prices
The prices for the products you ordered are those that are on this site at the time you submitted the order. These prices are inclusive of tax. This does not include the shipping costs, which are specified separately.
Sangalli by 1900 reserves the right to change prices at any time and postage and to cancel an order if a failure evident in calculation or system data.
7. Payment Systems
Sangalli by 1900 offers different payment methods that can be chosen freely: credit card, paymentor on delivery (COD), wire transfer in advance.
A. Paypal
The paypal payment method can be used by all those who own a credit card or a paypal account. B. Cash On Delivery (c.o.d.)
You can pay cash on delivery (c.o.d.) to the carrier responsible for the shipment of the goods. The cash on deliveryprovides a fixed contribution of €. 15.00 regardless of the amount of the order.
C. Bank transfer
The order will be confirmed and will be executed only after receipt of bank accounting.

8. Receipt or Invoice
The invoice will be sent along with the products purchased.
The issuance of the invoice must be requested at the time of order.
9. Delivery and Shipping
All orders confirmed by Sangalli from 1900 will be delivered by courier to the delivery address specified by you at the time of transmission of the order.
Shipping costs in Italy are charged to Sangalli by 1900. In case of cash on delivery requires a fixed contribution of €. 15.00.
If the country of destination of the goods is different from Italy, has requested a contribution to postage which will be communicated subsequently by addresses you indicated during registration.
10. Verification of the goods
It is your responsibility to verify the quantity and condition of the goods at the time of delivery.
If you find that the goods are damaged or do not comply withthe quantities ordered, you must report it to the carrier and sign with the delivery document as well as inform Sangalli by 1900 within 7 days from delivery. Sangalli since 1900 in this case will, after checking, the replacement of missing or damaged goods, in accordance with your order.

12. Right of withdrawal
You have the right to refuse your order and was not in accordance with your expectations, by communicating to Sangalli by 1900 within 14 days of receipt of same.
Sangalli by 1900 only accepts the return of goods in perfect condition and in their original packaging, accompanied by the relevant tax document.
In cases where returns have been carried out in accordance with the above described, Sangalli from 1900 will refund the price of the returned goods and shipping costs as invoiced, within a maximum of 30 days of receiptthe returned goods. Transport costs for returning goods are at your expense.
13. Customs Regulations
When you order the products should be delivered in a country other than Italy, you are considered the importer and must itself comply with the laws and regulations in force in the country where you receive the goods.
You may be subject to import taxes or duties upon arrival of the goods in your country. Additional clearance costs shall be borne by you. We have no control over these charges and we do not know their amount. Customs policy varies from one country to another and you should contact your local Customs Office for further information.
14. Warranty and after-sales service
Clocks and items purchased through this site are warranted against manufacturer's defects for a period of 24 months.
